Meet Dr. Robert Yaskin
Listening to people is important in dentistry, and it's a skill I've become very good at. Dentists work with a striking diversity of patients whose needs and expectations vary greatly. I believe each person deserves to be heard and understood, as well as informed.
In practice, I strive to ensure patients receive the best dental care, tailored to the individual’s unique concerns. Aches, pains and emergencies are situations I take pride in helping patients solve and overcome when they occur. Once a patient is receiving comprehensive care, effective solutions for ongoing dental health are what we work to achieve – together.

Background and Education
While in middle and high school, as he was growing up in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Dr. Yaskin’s dentist became a good friend to his entire family. Seeing the pleasure that his dentist found in his career inspired Dr. Yaskin to work toward becoming a dentist and excel in the field of oral healthcare.
Prior to practicing dentistry, Dr. Yaskin obtained his:
- Bachelor of the Arts, cum laude, Temple University College of Arts and Sciences
- Doctorate of Medical Dentistry (DMD), Temple University School of Dentistry
In Private Practice
A 1994 graduate of Temple University, Dr. Yaskin has practiced dentistry for over 30 years.
Dr. Yaskin especially appreciates being a general dentist, as he has the opportunity to see his patients repeatedly for check-up exams and hygiene care. This allows him, and his staff, to get to know patients as individuals, building relationships that go beyond provider and patient.

Dr. Yaskin is honored to provide a traditional private practice model of care that emphasizes quality over quantity.

Encouraging questions, he and his team work to guide the patient to make informed decisions that are right for their unique situation.

Dr. Yaskin is an active member of the American and New Jersey Dental Associations and the Academy of Osseointegration. These professional organizations offer numerous continuing education opportunities: meetings, lectures, seminars, publications, and specialized training.

Beyond the Practice
Dr. Yaskin is committed to helping preserve our land and water resources for future generations. He is an active donor and participant in several organizations that work to secure our environmental future.
Among the many activities Dr. Yaskin enjoys are fresh and saltwater fishing, road bicycling, tennis, golf, and travel. He also enjoys projects around his home inside and out.
Time with family is a priority for Dr. Yaskin. They recently adopted a cat from South Jersey Regional Animal Shelter who has fully recovered from being hit by a car and suffering a fractured pelvis. They also feed a stray kitty who refuses to come inside. The new cat is called Daisy. The stray is named "Outside Kitty".
